My Points Hub Platform Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 March 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the My Points Hub platform and services (“Services”). By using My Points Hub to pay invoices, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
My Points Hub, we, us, our means My Points Hub Pty Ltd (ACN 690 797 150).
You, User,Payer means the individual or business entity using My Points Hub to submit invoices or make payments through the platform, participate in the Rewards Program, and earn Reward Points for Eligible Payments in accordance with these Terms.
Invoice means a request for payment issued to you by a supplier, which you submit to My Points Hub for processing.
Eligible Payment means a payment submitted through My Points Hub in accordance with these Terms.
Processing Costs / Fees means the fees charged by My Points Hub for facilitating a payment, as agreed at the time of the transaction.
Rewards Program means the points or rewards scheme administered by My Points Hub.
Reward Points means the points allocated to a User for participating in the Rewards Program.
Services means payment facilitation services provided by My Points Hub through its platform.
2. Our Services
2.1. Invoice Payments: My Points Hub allows you to submit an Invoice for payment. Once we receive your funds, we will process the Invoice and pay the nominated recipient.
2.2. Payment Methods: You may fund your payment using your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). My Points Hub may, at its discretion, limit or refuse any payment method.
2.3. Timing of Payments: Payments are processed once funds are received and verified. My Points Hub will make reasonable efforts to pay the Invoice promptly, but we do not guarantee a specific payment time.
2.4. Eligible Payments: Only payments that are complete, cleared, and compliant with these Terms are treated as Eligible Payments. Payments that are disputed, reversed, or subject to a chargeback are not Eligible Payments.
2.5. Rewards Program: Eligible Payments may earn Reward Points. Points are credited to your My Points Hub Rewards Account according to the current rules of the Rewards Program. Points are awarded at the discretion of My Points Hub and are subject to the Terms herein. My Points Hub may vary, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
2.6. Reward Points Nature: Reward Points do not constitute property, are not redeemable for cash, and confer no vested or proprietary rights.
3. User Obligations
3.1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting Invoices and payment instructions. You must notify My Points Hub immediately of any errors.
3.2. KYC / Compliance: You must provide all information required for identity verification and regulatory compliance. My Points Hub may suspend or refuse to process payments if compliance requirements are not met.
3.3. Prohibited Use: You must not use My Points Hub to make payments for any illegal activity, gambling, or sanctioned entities; or any purpose that breaches laws or regulatory requirements.
4. Fees and Payment Authorisation
4.1. Processing Costs: My Points Hub charges a fee for processing each payment. Fees are included in the total amount charged to your selected payment method.
4.2. Changes to Fees: My Points Hub may vary fees at its discretion. Any changes will be notified on the platform before you submit payments.
4.3. User Acknowledgement and Acceptance
By submitting a payment through My Points Hub, you acknowledge, agree, and confirm on behalf of your business that:
Processing Fees: All fees and processing costs charged by My Points Hub are non-refundable.
Risk of Supplier Non-Performance: You accept all risk relating to the non-performance, failure, or non-delivery of goods or services by the supplier (“Payee”) in connection with the payment.
No Chargebacks: You acknowledge that no chargebacks or reversals are permitted via My Points Hub. All payments made through the platform are final.
Confirmation of Delivery/Services: You confirm that the supplier has shipped the goods and/or delivered the services, and that you approve the payment.
Statement Description: You understand that the payment will appear on your card or bank statement as “My Points Hub” or a related description provided by My Points Hub.
Binding Acknowledgement: By ticking the acceptance checkbox when submitting the payment, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions on behalf of your business.
Reward Points: You understand that Reward Points are allocated at My Points Hub’s discretion, have no monetary value, are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to expiry dates or minimum redemption thresholds.
Reward Points Reversal: Reward Points will not be earned on payments that are cancelled, reversed, or disputed. If Reward Points have already been credited for such payments, My Points Hub may, at its discretion, reverse or cancel the allocated Reward Points
5. Payments, Refunds and Chargebacks
5.1. Payments: All payments submitted through My Points Hub must be funded and authorised by the User. Payments are processed in accordance with the payment instructions provided. Eligible Payments may earn Reward Points in accordance with Section 2.5 (Rewards Program).
5.2. Refunds: Refunds for payments processed through My Points Hub may only be provided:
(a) if a payment has not been completed or is returned by the recipient; or
(b) at My Points Hub’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Refunds will generally be credited back to the original payment method, subject to My Points Hub’s discretion. Any Reward Points allocated for a refunded payment will be reversed. Users acknowledge that processing fees are non-refundable.
5.3. No Chargebacks: You acknowledge that no chargebacks or reversals are permitted via My Points Hub. All payments made through the platform are final and irrevocable.
5.4. Limitations and Timing:
(a) Refunds or reversals may take up to 10 business days to process depending on the payment method and recipient bank.
(b) My Points Hub is not liable for delays, intermediary bank fees, or differences in refunded amounts due to exchange rates, fees, or processing costs.
5.5. Reward Points Adjustment: Any refunded or reversed payment will result in the automatic removal of Reward Points earned from that payment. Users are responsible for reviewing their Rewards Account to ensure points are accurately credited or removed.
6. Funds and Payment Processing
6.1. Receipt of Funds: My Points Hub must receive cleared funds before processing any Invoice. We do not hold funds for indefinite periods; any funds pending verification may be returned if compliance requirements are not met.
6.2. Payment to Recipient: My Points Hub will pay the recipient nominated on the Invoice in accordance with applicable banking rules, including but not limited to errors or delays outside My Points Hub’s reasonable control.
6.3. No Chargebacks via Platform: Once payment is processed, the User cannot request a chargeback through My Points Hub. All payments made through the platform are final.
7. Liability
7.1. General Disclaimer: My Points Hub acts only as a facilitator of payments. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including delays, errors, or failed payments.
7.2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying the Invoice details, recipient details, and amount. You indemnify My Points Hub against any claims arising from incorrect or fraudulent instructions.
7.3. Rewards Liability: My Points Hub is not liable for any loss, reduction, or inability to use Reward Points, including due to user error, account suspension or termination, system errors, or any limitations or changes to the Rewards Program.
7.4. Rewards Redemption and Reversal Liability: Reward Points used to redeem rewards cannot be reversed once the reward has been confirmed by the relevant supplier or partner. If a reward is cancelled by the supplier or partner, My Points Hub may, at its discretion, re-credit the corresponding Reward Points to your Rewards Account.
8. Privacy and Data
8.1. Collection of Personal Information: We collect and use your personal and business information to provide the Services, comply with KYC/AML obligations, manage your account, and administer the Rewards Program. This includes information required to credit Reward Points, track redemption, and communicate offers or updates related to your rewards.
8.2. Data Handling: My Points Hub handles data in accordance with the My Points Hub Privacy Policy (mypointshub.com.au/privacy-policy) and applicable law. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
8.3. Rewards Data: By participating in the Rewards Program, you consent to My Points Hub using your transaction and payment data to calculate Reward Points, monitor program activity, and provide you with updates about your rewards balance and eligible offers.
8.4. Sharing of Information: We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating the platform or administering the Rewards Program, but only to the extent necessary to provide the Services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
8.5. Your Rights: You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For Rewards-related queries, you may contact My Points Hub to review your points balance or resolve issues with point allocation or redemption.
9. Termination
9.1. My Points Hub may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms.
9.2. You may terminate your account at any time, subject to completing all pending payments.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
